RETURN (withdrawal from the sales contract)
Send us an email to email@example.com with your statement of withdrawal from the sales contract.
Securely pack the products you want to return.
Send the parcel to the following address:

NOTE: The cost of returning the returned goods is borne by the Customer/Buyer. We do not accept parcels sent to us "cash on delivery" or to a parcel locker.

Return the ordered goods (withdrawal from the contract) in accordance with the goods return procedure.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Describe the situation in detail and attach a photo of the defective product.
Wait for contact from our side. This will take place no later than within 14 calendar days. Depending on the type of product defect and your expectations, we will select an adequate complaint procedure. The detailed procedure for submitting and processing complaints can be found in the Regulations.
