WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES
The right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of services
Please be advised that you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform DeveloCity - Krzysztof Baczyński, ul. Nowa 54B, 62-080 Lusowo, Poland, email: email@example.com, tel .: +48 789 086 153 about your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
You can use a model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
In order to meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, the Account will be deleted along with all the data provided by you and it will not be possible to use the services provided under the Account.
COMPLAINT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
Complaints related to the functioning of the Store and the use of services provided as part of the Store may be submitted in writing to the following address: DeveloCity - Krzysztof Baczyński, ul. Nowa 54B, 62-080 Lusowo, Poland or to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org, tel. +48 789 086 153.
You can use a template form, but it is not obligatory. In the complaint, please provide your name and surname, correspondence address, type and description of the problem.
We will consider each complaint within 14 days, and if it is not possible, we will inform you about the date of processing the complaint.
